Overmolding Plastic
Our overmoulding processes can be entirely manual, entirely automatic, or a combination of the two; we adjust our practices to meet the needs of each individual project. Before placing the fine blanked part into the mould for injection we ensure that it conforms to all necessary mechanical requirements. Inside the mould we monitor the pressure and temperature in each cavity, and the injection moulding machine adjusts itself automatically as necessary.
After the metal overmoulding process, inspection and packing are also performed automatically. We are capable of completing the entire process robotically, from start to finish, so as to avoid the possibility of human error.
