We operate according to a proprietary organizational model, inspired partially by the Lean Management Model and the Toyota Production System (TPS). It is a model that we enrich every day with contributions from all of the people who form a part of our endeavour, including personnel, suppliers and clients.

This is a long-term undertaking. With a firm foundation in our natural strengths, our character and culture, we strive to develop our personnel and productive processes in a coordinated manner so as to achieve our fundamental objective: offer our clients high-quality products and services in an economically sustainable manner, thereby creating wealth – in the widest sense of the word – for all those who take part in our project.
