Elay starts the strategic reflection process for 2021-2024

We are living in times of change, and now it is more important than ever to have a clear vision and direction as a company.
The strategic reflection launched by the Elay Group seeks to develop a Roadmap covering the period 2021-2024.
This reflection will be carried out in 3 phases. We have already started with a Market and Prospective Analysis, and is now being followed by a strategic reflection on the future of Elay. The process will be completed in June with the definition of a Strategic Plan for the coming years.
